Seriously! They close at 6:00pm, and went there at 4:45 and they were not taking no more patience. As much as I told the receptionist that my daughter just needed a follow up due to a sprain she refused to take us in I understand closing 30min before but more than hour before is insane. Might as well lock the doors ladies!
I used to take my daughter to the facility in San Benito but it closed down, since then I transferred to the Los Fresnos facility in an attempt to follow the Nurse Practitioners that have seen my daughter since birth and know her well, have referred me to Cardiologist, Neurologist, etc, I love the MA and NPs that were at San Benito, but the front desk girls and the supposedly office manager with the caked on makeup and fake hair was completely rude and did not let me check in my daughter because of my insurance and they didn... read more
En el horario oficial dice que cierran alas 6 pm pero realmente no es asi ellos cierran de 12 a 2,30. No importa si llegas 12:01 no te atienden y alas 5 ya no toman a ningun paciente de nada sirve tener esta clinica en nuestra comunidad si no se preocupan por ella y aparte las que te reciben no dan buena atencion *MUY MAL SERVICIO * el doctor deveria estar màs pendiene de sus clinicas o contratar màs personal paraque puedan atender en el horario que dicen trabajar
If I could leave anything lower I would for a Review. The pediatrician knows what she is doing but no initiative from the MAs or nurses at all to vitalize and triage everyone in the lobby and getting them ready for the pediatrician knowing dang well they are backed up.
I can't complain they have always been there when needed. I love taking my girl here because she feels comfortable with the staff.
