Used to be good. Now it's a bunch of mean nurses who are also very rude.They don't really listen just want to rush and move on. Used to take my son since a baby but not anymore. Edit for spelling.
They are very slow. We were the 3rd and we were waiting for one to two hours. Ridiculous! Just saw this old review above. Just went back again, after months, yesterday and today. They don't open until 8 which is bad for busy full-time working mothers. So, they do not cater to all who need it. And they are still very slow. It used be faster back a few years. Horrible attitudes. Just called to get information to switch my kids over and the lady was super unhelpful sighing really loud sounding frustrated after whatever i asked her.
Seriously! They close at 6:00pm, and went there at 4:45 and they were not taking no more patience. As much as I told the receptionist that my daughter just needed a follow up due to a sprain she refused to take us in I understand closing 30min before but more than hour before is insane. Might as well lock the doors ladies!
I used to take my daughter to the facility in San Benito but it closed down, since then I transferred to the Los Fresnos facility in an attempt to follow the Nurse Practitioners that have seen my daughter since birth and know her well, have referred me to Cardiologist, Neurologist, etc, I love the MA and NPs that were at San Benito, but the front desk girls and the supposedly office manager with the caked on makeup and fake hair was completely rude and did not let me check in my daughter because of my insurance and they didn... read more
