Got there at 9:00 sat there until 10:30 not being seen, saw a doctor say she needed to finish this. Went back into her office. I do believe she was just finishing her breakfast. Np. Adrian Reyes finally came in and said she was unable to help my daughter and that she would need to be seen by a ENT. She continued to tell me that without a referral I would not be able to make an appointment. I told her I didn't need that because my insurance does not require it. Amazing staff!
Used to be good. Now it's a bunch of mean nurses who are also very rude.They don't really listen just want to rush and move on. Used to take my son since a baby but not anymore. Edit for spelling.
They are very slow. We were the 3rd and we were waiting for one to two hours. Ridiculous! Just saw this old review above. Just went back again, after months, yesterday and today. They don't open until 8 which is bad for busy full-time working mothers. So, they do not cater to all who need it. And they are still very slow. It used be faster back a few years. Yesterday I was the second one in and it still took 2 hours to get out. Today for the follow up, we couldn't get in because at 2 pm the doctor has lunch until 2:30. So, I... read more
Horrible attitudes. Just called to get information to switch my kids over and the lady was super unhelpful sighing really loud sounding frustrated after whatever i asked her.
