It's a great place for body building and you can come anytime in 24 hours, at night or early morning, great dressing room and showers, with a card key you can come anytime, I come every other day to do my work out, and loudly with kids at times, but that's why it's boys and girls having fun as I did at the wmca when I was a small kid, now I am a big kid, if you don t like the sound ,get ear plugs or ear phones that play music, from your phone, for seniors it's first time for key 35.00 , after that it's 25.00.
