Horrible staff , very unprofessional & nasty in front of children. Definitely training is needed
Worst place to go, my brother was bullied by 15 years old and he’s only 10 years old this is unacceptable they should not be paired together and neither should any crew member allow this to happen under their supervision they left my brother alone for hours with nothing to do but sit there and rot and for that he could’ve stayed home. Behavior is truly unacceptable clearly they’re hiring the most incompetent people they can find.
