The optometrist and technician were friendly and professional. But I have been waiting for my new glasses for more than one month and am still waiting. They don't update the status unless I call and email them several times. Why, do they think I will just forget that I spent few hundred dollars on then and I will forget about it? The so called "students discount" is also a scam and not much cheaper. In short, just get your glasses from other places. Edited: gave one star back because they helped me with refund.

I've been here twice now. The people are friendly. I got one bad prescription and one good prescription. The doctor was very apologetic upon hearing about my bad experience. The frames are much too expensive (the student discount doesn't amount to much either). I recommend buying frames and lenses online.

I've been going there for years and my daughter who's a student now goes there too. I have had the most thorough eye exam I've ever had from there and I appreciate their thoroughness and diligence very much. The frames are a reasonable price and they're always easy to deal with regards to insurance.
