Doctor has no bed side manners. He asks questions and doesn't listen. Very nasty people. Don't waste your time going there. If you do just know you have been warned. I went because it was my cheaper option and wound up leaving and going to a place that cost me alot more but the doctor was intelligent and kind. The staff was very friendly. If you can go to the md now on Congress. Much better care!!!!
waiting time about normal, friendly staff and doctor , call next day if lab is abnormal, nice waiting room , no complaints
OK two visits, waited close to 2 hours first time and an hour 2ND time. Was supposed to just walk in and get my results, no had to deal with rude Dr that interrupted constantly as she asked me questions. Promised to give blood work and didn't. If your really ill bring a friend or family.
Doctor's are a new level of unprofessional and un-knowledgeable. The receptionists have no idea how to communicate with insurance companies- was put into collections over 26$ (because they won't call insurance companies to figure out what co-pays are) with no attempt of communications (And they won't provide any proof attempt of communications) Walking into this establishment was one of the worst decisions of my life.
