Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. He was a rude and mean and would not discuss my dementia with me, never reviewed my tests (MRI and PET) and then started asking about how hot my daughter is. He shouldn’t be in this profession.

Fake review from from the pain med person. P.A. Filip gave me pain meds when I needed them. He was just really whiney and preachy about it. Saying things like the other physicians in the clinic hand them out like candy speaking about Dr. McMullen. This reviewer actually sounds like something he would say or they sat around and gossiped about it. They only give out like 15 at a time maybe. I look back and think maybe he should only work on cows. maybe Mooore Moooney

My bypass surgery I came to etmc Wednesday the 13th for surgery.I was there at 5:30 am. The Lady that checked me in was so polite and kind, she might could see I was a little nerves. I was taken back to surgery pre-op and was meet by the nicest people. One, Brandi, remembered me from being there two weeks before, I remembered her too. Arrived to re at 3:45a.m. to a completely empty waiting room. It is now 6:28 and still sitting in this waiting room. Someone else came in around 6a.m. however it was just me that entire time. This is ridiculous. I actually thought about going to Mother Francis and decided to come here. Now I am kicking myself in the butt. This is beyond ridiculous to allow their staff to treat patients this way. I do not ever recommend ETMC er. Go another block to the next hospital. You won't be sorry.

I have been appalled at the lack of care given to my mother-in-law. From the CNA who told me she wasn't soaked when I complained that she was in a wet bed and had been for several hours to a nurse that was pleased that she remember to re-set the IV pump when she hung a new bag of medicine on it. The nurse's comment about how to turn the IV pump alarm off so we wouldn't have to listen to it - instead of her taking care of the problem.
