I've experienced delays, failed repairs, back of the line, arrogance and denial. I would never consider using them again. Complete different experiences at other marinas. This is my first year without BBY and I've been able to boat all season.

Lack of follow-thru for estimates and making appointment for job completion. These 2 items represent unprofessionalism. Clear communication is NOT their foreté. They may do good work but good luck nailing them.down for an appointment little lone the estimate for the job.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Boyne Boat Yard for my recent boat service. They were extremely accommodating with my special requests and very responsive with communications. They spent the time to discuss and layout a detailed service plan that was pertinent to my boat's issues. In addition, the turn around time was surprisingly quick and I was back on the water within a few days. Thanks again!

Terrible experience. Double billed numerous times, boat damage while in storage twice, first acceptance by marina for the cause then denial. Then accused of being dishonest and not truthful. Finally told to never coming back to marina. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a merchant. I would not recommend them for storage or service.
