i took my 2008 528i their with anticipating I would be spending over $1500 for a new water pump and thermostat. The gentlemen accepted the job; they phoned my about two hours later after running diagnostics from the computer. Come to find that my vehicles radiator fan was unplugged, at which I hold Tacoma BMW responsible since they were the last to work on it. This shop was honest and charged me only for the diagnostics when they could have easily continued with water pump issue. I found it refreshing that i walked out of th... read more

Took my broke down 03 range rover to Rolf's auto in fife and after they had it for 2 weeks I was told my wiring was cracked and fried and had to replace the complete wiring harness at the cost of $5000-$6000. Took it to Boyle's for a 2ND opinion and they discovered it was only a $100 bad relay! They were friendly, honest and exceeded all my expectations. Make sure you take your car to Boyle's for a second opinion before you let any other crooked shop rip you off!

Don't trust them with your car or your money. I paid them over $1000 to fix my car and several months later I have the EXACT same problem. Also, they didn't initially quote me the $1000. They did the "repairs" and I found out when I went to pick the car up. Plus as another customer wrote, they are especially rude.

Bill and Dean are awesome! They always find time to fit me into their schedules and all do the job right. These two are the nicest guys and always have resonible prices. I love being able to talk to the guy who actually worked on my car. This shop is great! I'll never take my cars anywhere else!

Never take your car to those guys, they are arrogant , they will yell at you and they will play a lot of games on you. They will cost as much as dealer if not more! They will always do the job wrong and force you to pay for it and will be rude to you. My advice, check other opinions even the dealer it'self before you take your car to those arrogant mechanic.
