Located in West Chester, Boyles flooring does all the sand and seal hardwood, pre-finished hardwood, COREtec composite flooring, commercial and residential carpeting for us here at R K Conrad. Mark Basin and his team are very easy to deal, they provide a great service to our business.
They have no concern for the customer you would think they would want a happy Customer very unprofessional!
RecommendedI thought the service was terrific. From discussing product options, style, colors and pricing, to scheduling the work - Jacqui was wonderful. Then, all I had to do was clear the floors and the installers did the rest (all of whom were courteous and professional, and worked quickly and neatly). It was painless. I thought it was going to be an enormous hassle and inconvenience. I was wrong :-) Our new upstairs looks great. We are thrilled with it.
RecommendedMy husband and I were very pleased with with Boyle’s. We needed new carpet in 3 of our 4 upstairs bedrooms, and a stair runner. We worked with Jacqi Hutton - she allowed us the time to get through a few projects w/out any pressure and helpef guide us to the right carpet for our needs. Our emails were always delivered and answered in a timely fashion. Their pricing was very competitive and the install was perfect.
RecommendedThe Best! Just had install of 3 areas, 2 staircases & a gorgeous area rug. Jaqui Hutton was the best to work with. Installers were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job! What a great experience.
I have been using Boyle's for over 25 years. They did the carpet in my first home and every home I bought after that. They have done commercial flooring for me, worked with my elderly parents to transform their house for sale and most recently carpeted a challenging space for a new retail tenent of mine. I start there because of the great pricing but stay for the excellent installation and outstanding customer service! Service was great - very personal. Great product variety and availability. Thanks for carrying the Forbo products and other Eco-friendly options. Installer was also great. Would definitely work with you guys again!

The team at Boyle's are always professional. I needed flexibility at installation time due to flooding in the next room. Ended up expanding the job into the flooded room. I highly recommend Boyle's.
