Dr. Boyle was very nice. I have no problem with him. The problem is with the office staff. Things were not filed correctly with my insurance. Furthermore, to describe the office manager as recalcitrant is a gross understatement. I have been ping ponged between my insurance, my primary care doctor, and the hospital administrators over a referral for over a month now.
