I think communication is important like when you go to the doctor they'll ask what's the best way to communicate with you and you can tell them by phone by text or by email I was never asked that and received Communications by text and by email some of the emails I didn't get in time enough to do what I was supposed to do. Only the first day of our meeting, Mr. Boyle's communication was professional, particularly when handling our payment. However, since that day, whenever we have contacted him to request information about our case, he has responded with disrespectful behavior, including screaming and yelling.
