I've run into three properties that have had Boyle Energy install and maintain their HVAC systems. The first location in Narberth the customer was told to put the filter inside the heating cabinet. This caused the filter to be sucked onto the blower. I was there when a representative from Boyle came out to replace the filter and they actually were going to put it back into the furnace Cabinet.
