Boyle energy took my money for an annual service contract and then refused to repair my boiler when it failed during the worst arctic cold snap in years. Words fail to convey how strongly I want to urge you not to do business with this company. I’m only giving them one star so that I can post this.
Boyle is fast, efficient, and trustworthy. I recommend them to all my family and friends!
I'm in the service business, I know the pressures of servicing clients under hi load conditions. (jan 27th, sustained single digit temps) I called Boyle, they were out the same day, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts. THEY SUPPLED HEATERS TO KEEP THE APT WARM, for my 92 y/o neighbor!! Thank you a million times for the Excellent Service!!!
