I have had good service from Boyle Energy until I needed a new hot water heater. I called Boyle and a salesman visited. He talked about the "new" ON DEMAND hot water systems. This system has no hot water reserve tank, but water is supposed to be heated when called for. What I wish he had told me is that this new system seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes I get hot water from the spigot as expected; however, sometimes, when I call for hot water (like when I want to take a shower) I must wait and wait while gallons and ... read more
