It’s supposed to be non smoking but it always smells like smoke and pot. Packages are never taken to your apartment. I had a $150.00 package get stolen. They put a security camera in the library but where packages are left nothing. Office people don’t like to be bothered and are sometimes very rude. Looking for a different place to live.
