My deceased MIL, husband, and I have all been longtime patients of Dr. Garriga. I was NEVER dissatisfied with my MIL's care as a geriatric patient and when my husband and I moved back to Raleigh we immediately request Dr. Garriga as we are aging and knew his experience with seniors. Everyone is very nice here but you will have to advocate for yourself to get anything done. Zero updates will be provided to you unless you push the office for them. No one seemed to care until I would be on the phone talking to them.
Dr. Smithson was our doctor for more than 30 years. He and his nurse Michelle were always thoughtful and respectful, and I always found comfort dealing with them. I left NC in 2013 but continue to be a patient at Boylan Medical. With Dr. Smithson's retirement, I chose Dr Zust to be my new primary care physician. I haven't met him yet, but I know he is a caring, kind doctor, who seems to be loved by his patients. Five stars!
I was a patient here for 15 years for my primary care.lumbar dis disease and 10 other medical issues just as concerning 2 operations on my spinal. First Dr was Gregory Appert the first 3 months he talked around me not directly. The nurse had to come in the room to tell me what the Dr wanted me to come back in 3 months for my next appointment.
