My family member is feeling under the weather and requested an appointment. Boylan refused to schedule her because they have symptoms similar to COVID. Fair enough we can more than respect that. The family member then requested a virtual visit with a practitioner and they were denied again when they asked why it’s because of their symptoms. I’m confused as to why a telehealth visit was not an adequate solution since they did not want them in the office. I see why this facility has less than 3 stars.
WOW!!! WITH multiple generations of family members involved with this place, I cannot say anything other than rude, and do not care!! There are not enough numbers on your phone to get too the correct voice prompt. Very disappointed with customer service. Will find a new Physician
Always been a great practice and physicians for both elderly parents. Dr. Borja always a great resource for patient and caregivers.
