I got the storage unit because I live on Loop Road and it was the cheapest one in the area. However, We have had problems with bugs, water damage to our things, and now rats that are tearing up all of our stuff inside the unit. Concerns about the water damage have been addressed, but the owner of this facility does not seem to care. I do believe bug and rodent Liability was waived when we got the unit however, I feel that everyone should know what they are going into before getting a unit.
The owner kindly met me to sign the paperwork and was so sweet. They make paying your monthly payment so easy with a drop box on site.
Owner is very friendly and her prices are very reasonable and location is very close to the house 🙂
Awesome local storage unit. It's on a rural farm property and is well lit. Reasonable pricing, and you might hear some cows moo while you're there. 24/7 access.
