I’m adding to this review and changed my experience from five (5) stars to three (3) based solely on my interactions with Jeff’s new receptionist Dawn. I’m doing this on July 24th, 2026 as I’ve now had the rattling experience of dealing with her on two occasions over a period of one week. She is a shockingly poor listener which is clear from her responses to questions which are non answers. I’ve been Dr. Boyes patient since he took over for Dr. Bailey and I have received thoughtful care. He’s a good listener, and will even hear difficult things. He has always been respectful and kind and takes time to understand my needs and concerns. With so many folks without a family doctor I feel privileged to have Dr. Boyes in my corner. After years of rarely needing a doctor I’m at that magical age where I’ve needed one far more frequently and unfortunately the ball has been dropped on follow through with both paperwork a... read more
