I’ve been Dr. Boyes patient since he took over for Dr. Bailey and I have received thoughtful care. He’s a good listener, and will even hear difficult things. I was absolutely shocked to read the one review that went into deep and sordid details. I would say that if this person actually believes all of these things about Dr. Boyes that they should get a hold of the College of Physicians and Surgeons otherwise such a hateful review seems vindictive and doesn’t come across as credible. They need to have the courage of their convictions instead of simply disparaging Dr. Boyes in a review. Seems like every time I try to book an appointment with this guy, he’s just not working. Haven’t been able to see this man in over 4 years because he just doesn’t seem to want to do his job. DO BETTER.
We saw Dr.Boyes at the extended hours clinic for my 20 month old son and he was absolutely fantastic. He entered the room knowing our sons medical history so we did not have to explain every detail and he was so kind and patient with our not so co-operative toddler. His medical check was thorough and we were able to get the antibiotics my son needed before a holiday weekend.
