Jordan is amazing to work with and the whole Boyes Group team is awesome and friendly!
I do NOT recommend Reshani Perera as a Realtor. She deceived us by sharing just part of the estoppel package instead of it fully. We were not aware the condo reserve fund was below the level it should be and as a consequence condo fees were going up. Her behaviour is bad for buyers and sellers because the buyer can walk out on the deal even after removal of conditions in case the seller's realtor acts in bad faith / with gross negligence.
