Boyer Young/ The Land Company is the worst. There is zero care for the people that live in the neighborhoods they develop. They will hold you and your HOA hostage. They give contracts to family members companies (Centennial Enterprises) and take money from your HOA. The companies that manage this for them don't work for you, they work for them(PJ Morgan). DO NOT BUY LAND FROM THESE PEOPLE. They're CROOKS and should be banned from doing any business going further.
