I had a very disappointing experience with this oral surgeon’s office. I came in because I was experiencing pain and was hoping to be heard, examined, and helped. Instead, the oral surgeon barely addressed the actual reason for my visit. He would not even properly examine or touch the area I was concerned about and kept discussing unrelated issues instead of focusing on the pain I was experiencing. Highly recommend! Everyone is wonderful, professional, & compassionate. I had an emergency and they got me in office immediately.
I got referred here for extraction of wisdom teeth, since the first day I got addressed professionally they answered all my questions and concerns before the surgery, once the surgery was complete, which was practically fast, they make sure I had all the necessary information to take care of myself, and they never stoped contacting me until I got my medication, such an amazing service because they contacted me the day after to check up on me. If you ask me , I’ll recommend Dr Sheive to everyone…
Terrible office. Said my son covered for molar extraction. When we show up for surgery they tell us it is not covered and we have to pay out of pocket so we left. Then they try charging for the consultation. The hours are terrible so trying to get ahold of someone after 4 is impossible. The answering service wont take messages. They wont email anything because they dont have a scanner but offer to fax it. Its 2023 get with the times. Offices like this wont last much longer.
