I had two very poor experiences with Rick Boyer in court appointed representation settings. My concerns involved lack of preparation, poor communication, and failure to meaningfully assist in matters where competent representation was extremely important. In one of those matters he did not bring his glasses, which was difficult to overlook in a court setting where the ability to read and review documents was obviously essential.
