Had a furnace installed. Install guys turned off the gas for the installation. After the install was completed. They couldnt figure out how to turn the gas back on. They called the gas company to come out then left. Now im STILL with out heat and now gas. Estimated responce time of the gas tech is four hours.... Update. The boyer installers turned off my gas at the gas meter. Which no one does but peoples natural gas. So now peoples is here working on my gas meter and lines.....

I wrote this review and within hours I recieved a call from Scott, the owner, who was very apologetic about my experience. He ensured me that is not how the company is run and feedback will be given. I appreciated his concern about my experience and even shared a few things about how he does run the company. He let me know if I ever require any help that I now have his cell number and can contact him personally. That was very generous and really meant a lot to me. Have had Boyer come out to clean and service our furnace for over 10 years and have had no problems with that part. They have been very helpful with getting some problems we had fixed. I would say don't ever ask for an estimate for a new furnace because they will never give you one. We asked for one and we never heard back from them. However we did just get an estimate from the people they subcontract out to put in the new gas line from the street into our house but not from Boyer about the furnace.
