My wife and I got our apartment at 68 thermos to find out it was infested with fleas once moved in. My wife was then told when called about the issue she must've brought them with her and that fleas do not drink human blood. My wife and I asked for the carpet to be cleaned to be told no, we knew what we were getting when we got the place. If you own property, avoid Boyer Realty as a property management company!!! Learn from my expensive mistake. (However; if you are a tenant that likes to get your security deposit back after severely damaging a place you rent, this is the company for you.) I wish there had been a review of this company before I started to work with them. They are horrible.
