Boyer takes care of their customers. I wasn't satisfied with my carrier unit after a recent servicing and Boyer dispatched someone for a followup to my residence at no charge. The issue ending up being training / user education and everyone was very professional.
Very responsive and did a super job.
I paid Boyer for a pre-home sale HVAC inspection/maintenance and they missed major flaws that the buyer's home inspector found. I told the technician I'd be listing my home for sale soon and this check was to ensure not only that everything was working well, but to find anything needing repair. He missed a cracked and previously duct-taped heating duct plus an air leak from the central air conditioning unit both in the attic that gave the buyers ammunition for getting way too much of a repair credit from me. Boyer Heating & Cooling just replaced my 15 year old furnace. Toby was very helpful in reviewing my options and guiding me through the process of selecting the furnace that fit my budget. The instillation crew were very professional and walked me through the operation of the furnace. The billing office were very forgiving when I sent the wrong check! I am a very satisfied customer.
