I was speaking to Jenn from Stacey plumbing trying to get a quote on a new plumbing renovation and her communication was great. She answered all of my questions clearly. If I ever need any plumbing done I am going to call Stacy plumbing and will let my friends know, thank you
I have called Orzech on 2 occasions in the past couple weeks as I had 2 AC units go down on the weekend. I was looking for an after hours service and Orzech was able to accommodate. They were at both locations in under 1 hour and had both AC units back up and running. I really appreciated the after hours service, especially in this heat. Thank you!
My wife and I used Orzech's plumbing division Stacey's and from start to finish what a fantastic experience! We spoke to Jenn on the phone who promptly set us up for service the next day! When the plumber James M came out he was courteous, professional and quite speedy at repairing our leaking faucet and pipe in the utility room as well as our leaking water diverter for the upstairs bathroom! Our central air stopped working yesterday in the middle of a heat wave. (July 27 - 25). We were so fortunate that Ethan was able to come this morning. He promptly found the problem and fixed it. This is not the first time we have called Orzech Heating and Cooling - and we have always received excellent service. Thank you - from all of us at the Henson Lucas household!
Both of our air conditioners broke. They were able to replace both of them within the week during this very hot spell. Their technicians were excellent and worked the whole day to get the new ones up and running. Would highly recommend Orzech and definitely use them again. Many thanks for a job well done
