Have used Orzech many times. Always a life saver..Great folks and great service.
This place should teach their employees how to communicate with customers. Worst customer service ever. Quality of work is not reccomended.
I am the owner of one of the businesses that this company serve. Worst customer service ever, I would definitely not recommend them for anyone. They know nothing about proffesionality and customer care.
Very happy with the Orzech Heating and Cooling team. The original problem was diagnosed, that allowed us to work with the sales team, which led us to purchasing a brand new furnace. The install team were professional and out sales person came by and checked in on the install to make sure everything was great. I would highly recommend Orzech, and mention that they came highly recommended from family and neighbors.
