My org has been using Boyer/Transwest for years. Last couple have been downhill. Most recently we went in for a simple brake job. We made an appointment and dropped off our truck as planned. They seemed baffled. What appointment? What service? Ok we'll take care of it I guess. I call the next day for an update, and crickets. Horrible experience I purchased a vehicle from a different Boyer dealer, it had a check engine light appear a few days later. It took 6 1/2 weeks to get an appointment. They had my truck for four days , just to read the code. Then tried to sell me a replacement catalytic converter on a vehicle they had just sold.
Not very pleased with the price of filters and fuses purchased. Way overpriced!
