Had two other hvac firms out and this business found a bad component the first company did not. They took apart the a/c system to repair and were done in less than 2 hours with everything. Their attention to detail and efficiency brought to light aspects that were missed in the initial examination.
After you clean the vents out, air flow is much improved.
They did a great job diagnosing/fixing the refrigerant leak in a couple hours, however I had to ask them to clean up some debris left after doing the job.
Run system smoothly, maintenance efficient.
A past negative experience left me cautious about hiring contractors, but during the A/C dismantlement, they were punctual and careful, explaining each step as they took apart the unit over the course of two hours.
