Good folks, good service. I'm a longtime customer and have been very satisfied. No hassles when I needed to return something. Much better service and quality than the chain stores.
Let me start by saying these guys need a lesson in how to treat people when they are asking questions about auto parts or returning an item within 24 hours of purchase. I purchased the hitch bar and ball ONLY after asking what their return policy was (because I was uncertain if this hardware was going to work for me)...
