Absolutely the worst customer service ever. You can tell more about a company when something goes wrong. They never followed called us when they couldn't deliver as promised. They never called us when they missed their appointment to inspect the mattresses. They never called us to let us know the status of of our warranty claim. They are very nice when you are buying from them but really nasty if you have a problem with something they sold you. I looked and looked for a mattress.Told the lady my needs and the first one she showed me I said That's it.Ordered it and should be getting this week.Great Customer Service.Connie Smith.

Love the folks here ... they have the best selection of beds, the lowest prices and they make sure you get the best deal on everything they sell. Many of the beds have a 100-night sleep trial offer so you can't go wrong ... You always get a great deal and a great deal more!
Kind considerate upstanding family business
Great customer service . Husband and I had no idea what type of bed just that we knew we needed a bigger one. They did not force the most expensive one and they helped us pick our dream bed . Love the new bed :) definitely go here if u need a new bed
They can't! My friend had an allergic reaction to their pillows and the owner would not take them back at all! They wouldn't give her her money back or a store credit! (Even though the receipt said they would at least do a store credit). I would NEVER go there!
