Melissa and Amy were incredible today. Melissa made my same-day-order and future-delivery order seemless. She was thorough and very professional. When picking up my order this afternoon, Amy made sure my flowers were perfect and that I was fully happy with my order. Thank you, both, for the beautiful flowers I'm surprising my 8 year old for her birthday today! She is absolutely going to love them! I can't wait for my May order to come!
Bought a bouquet for a friend in hospital, served by Melissa, who was extremely helpful, very friendly and very professional. The bouquet was designed and bult by Brian and it was gorgeous. The recipient said the same thing. Very impressed overall.
I ordered a spray for a funeral service 7/15.. I have never done that before and was nervous about it being delivered on time to the church and how it would look..When I got to the church it was displayed as you walked in. It was absolutely gorgeous. Boyd's Flowers did a great job.I will definitely order from them again. Thank you for excellent service!
I had a wonderful experience with my recent flower order. Melissa was so helpful helping me to decide what flowers I should choose for my floral arrangement. It is so nice to speak to someone who is genuine and willing to take the time to listen. The arrangement was beautiful also!!
I ordered flowers for same day delivery on the 9th of May. They were never delivered. I called on the 10th, and the 11th of May, both times I was told the flowers were "out for delivery" with zero apology or explanation why they weren't delivered on the day they were meant to be (having paid 21.99 for delivery). I reached out to the email address the owner has left in the comments of other reviewers, I got no response.
