We had Boyd's Custom Patio put a roof over our deck last year, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I absolutely love it. Bret listened to what we wanted (unlike some of the other companies we had give us quotes). We were able to show him photos of patio covers that we liked, and and between us we ended up coming up with something that was completely custom for us. Overall the experience with Boyd’s was positive. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The cover is great quality and overall their pricing was solid. I would only knock them for communication as there was some miscommunication. I would really give them more of 4.5 stars if half stars were an option. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends/family.
Our patio was not completed per specifications. I contacted them directly but they would not resolve the issue. We sued in court and was awarded a small settlement but the damage to our concrete patio is permanent. Other contractors could not fix what they had done. They threatened legal action if I didn’t remove my honest review.
