Overall the experience with Boyd’s was positive. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The cover is great quality and overall their pricing was solid. I would only knock them for communication as there was some miscommunication. I would really give them more of 4.5 stars if half stars were an option. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends/family.
Our patio was not completed per specifications. I contacted them directly but they would not resolve the issue. We sued in court and was awarded a small settlement but the damage to our concrete patio is permanent. Other contractors could not fix what they had done. They threatened legal action if I didn’t remove my honest review.

Boyd’s Custom Patio’s is an amazing company to work with. They helped us with a great design and their workers were the best, on time , efficient and great help. If you need to update or put in a patio check them out!
Great company. Excellent craftsmanship, quality and affordable. I had 8 bids and picked Boyd. Not only were they highly affordable, but their quality was excellent. Randy, Bret, Carolyn, Jose, Juan, others were timely, reliable, quality focused and all round good people to work with. We are very satisfied with our new Deck and cover.
