I have never had an issue with appliance repairs. They have always been prompt, efficient and helpful. In fact, the repair person suggested consolidating repairs so I would not get charged for 2 service calls and suggested things to try myself. Re-adjusted a previous setting for the ice maker when out to repair the dryer without charge. I had not purchased appliances from them so cannot comment on that.
Our worst appliance purchase experience in 40 years. Refuses to honor warranty on NEW appliances. Horrible,unhelpful attitudes. I agree with the previous review, it should be zero stars,or better yet,negative stars.
NEVER NEVER NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! THEY REPAIRED AN APPLIANCE FOR ME 7 MONTHS AGO AND REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK...HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AND MOCK AND LAUGH AT YOU...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE..WILL NOT LET ME POST WITHOUT STAR RATING...I SAY NO STARS...
