MOUSE INFESTED - I had a frustrating experience with Boyd Wilson property management. I discovered a mouse in my townhome, which I caught and removed, but further investigation revealed more mouse activity. After reporting this issue, I learned that Boyd Wilson only has one certified technician for pest control, and he was on vacation, leaving us to handle the situation ourselves over the weekend.
