Do not- by any means- live in any one of the properties managed by Boyd Wilson. I know that the deals seem enticing (1 month or 3 months free) but it is certainly not worth the headache and struggle in dealing with the management team at Boyd Wilson. They do not stick to their own lease agreements and will genuinely try to trap you into paying extra money to get out of your lease. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience. I currently pay $200/month for two reserved parking spots through Boyd Wilson. Recently, someone parked in one of my assigned spots, so I contacted management multiple times starting Friday afternoon. In both my email and phone calls, I clearly described the unauthorized vehicle as a white van parked in spot #13. Heard how you towed a tenants car when they called to get the car parked in their spot towed. Then you blamed it on them and made them pay for towing because of a bureaucratic ‘rule violation’. Shame on you. I will not be renting from you guys in the future and I will be telling everyone else to do the same. Lancaster deserves better.
