Zero stars. Showed up with a very flat tire needed a replacement or a patch. It was 4:20 pm and the woman at the front desk told me they couldn’t help me because they closed at 5? I guess closing at 5 actually means they stop accepting customers an hour early, when clearly I needed help and wasn’t safe to drive on the road. I left and barely made it to Benefield automotive instead, highly reccomend them located right behind the otter.
Love the friendly smiles along with the professional quality service at fair prices! Highly recommend!
They do big upsell and charge for stuff that you don't need

Having grown up in Hapeville, my dad did business with the Boyds in the 1960s, 70s and 80s until he passed away. I've done business with them since the 80s, and today they did four tires, brakes and an alignment on my son's Jeep Grand Cherokee. Three generations of happy Boyd Tire Pros customers! They are the best.
