Had a root canal. Great bedside manner. Very thoroughly explained everything. Totally focused on me and the procedure. Followed up.
The visit was unnervingly rushed. Questionable treatment decisions and execution. Friendly but disjointed staff operation; stunted communication with patient concerning treatment and payment plan. Sadly the worst, you-get-what-you-paid-for dental experience.
Dr Riley & her office staff are professional and best in class in patient comfort and trust during this pandemic time.
Dr. Boyd is such a warm and friendly person. She helped us getting a different cheaper solution to a tooth problem. Her staff is all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all!!
Dr. Boyd is the best of the best. Her expertise is only matched by her compassion and caring heart. I’ve had a great deal of dental work done by Dr. Boyd and I simply can’t say enough good things about her. The office has a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. I love her receptionist Morgan too. I am thankful that I found this place. It has been a major blessing for someone who always dreaded the dentist!
I have found Dr. Boyd to be extremely knowledgeable of the dentistry field. My upper and lower implants are perfect. My mouth feels fantastic and looks wonderful, I am smiling all the time. Dr. Riley is gentle and very efficient in her denistry. She genuinely cares ABOUT her patients.
Would not recommend to anyone. Unless you're ok with her making mistakes and you have the money to fix them. For 3 years we talked about doing a crown on one of my molars. We were waiting for the right time because of other procedures that took precedent. When it came time to follow through, she suddenly informs me that instead of a crown, she thinks she can do a "crown build up ". Needless to say, within a year, that tooth had to be pulled. A different crown just last month broke apart.
She is up-to-date regarding modern technology and methods, friendly, and competent
