The reason I gave this company a 2 star is because the only filled half of my order. I have sent numerous request to send the $15.00 waterbed conditioner or send me a refund. No one has contacted me either way. It's a shame because the waterbed bladder arrived and I like it. I tried to call, but the number is disconnected. I guess I'll have my credit card company handle this issue since Boyd Specialty Sleep doesn't care about it's customers.
