Be very careful buying into a community managed by Boyd Group. They launder funds by raising association fees claiming things are being done that clearly are not and coming up with quotes that do not exist and are inflated. They pocket the inflated extra money all while hard working residents are expected to have their annual dues more than doubled. Didn’t work. Our neighborhood rose up against them. We are fortunate to have a community willing to do that. Most don’t and then you’re frigged.
Brad is wonderful to work with and resolves issues quickly.
