Recommendedreplaced an amplifier in my e38 with dsp from an e39 with dsp. It needed to be coded to work. Medford BMW wouldn't even attempt to do it, even though I would have payed them. My normal shop was going to charge 2 hours labor just to try. I drove to Portland for a doctor's appointment and stopped here. It took him about 10 minutes to code the amp and he told me to enjoy my radio. I highly recommend this shop. I don't recommend Medford BMW.

First time customer, came in with an issue and had a sneaking suspicion about what the cause might be. Eric confirmed it quickly, gave me a couple pointers and sent me on my way. Could not be happier with my experience, will definitely be coming back when I end up out of my depth or tool range again.
Been to Boyd multiple times now. Without a doubt, the best shop experience (indie or dealer) I've ever had.
This is the best BMW shop in the Portland Metropolitan area, great mechanics excellent service fast and professional!
