I've been here several times because I don't have a Family doctor. And every time, it's "There's no doctor available." Or I don't know what's wrong with me after I leave.. go for the tests/ X-rays.. and have not heard anything back. This swollen knee must be nothing. And the ear infection natural? .. I gave up. Found a real doctor, and I'm glad I did. Avoid walk ins. They don't care enough.
I went to the walk in for the first time and was expecting a less than perfect experience based on the numerous one star ratings. It may have been the best walk in experience of my life. The front desk was efficient. I was provided a mask to keep other patients in the waiting room from getting sick. My doctor was also highly efficient, checked me over and ordered tests to see if I had either a viral or bacterial cause for symptoms. He also instructed me on next steps and provided a throat spray.
