Quick and Expert Service – My heating system QUIT on the coldest day of the year. A freeze was predicted for the night. I called Boyd because they had done AC work for us back in the 90's when we first moved to Slidell. I was surprised when I was told Bryan would be out to check the unit in about an hour! Sure enough at 1:30PM he arrived and after about 10 minutes in the attic told us it was the circuit board. He was able to get a replacement and install it within the hour. Thank you for Excellent Service and Professionalism – I just want to Thank everyone at Boyd Mechanical for the excellent service and professionalism. When I called to fix a leaky pipe, Stephanie was so helpful and friendly on the phone. The plumber, Tony C. went above and beyond with his excellent work, friendly service, and helpfulness. He took his time to speak to my home warranty company to explain the details of the leak so that they could determine if it was covered. Wish I had never called them in the first place! – I first contacted Boyd Mechanical yesterday (May 10th, 2008) concerning my AC unit not working. The temperature in our home had shot up to over 90F in a matter of hours and one of my dogs had suffered a heat stroke due to the extreme heat (English Bulldogs are very susceptible to heat).
