Horrible company to work for!! They will do you wrong in a heartbeat! they dont care about the tenants they want you to rush them out the door and not take any time with them. Tenants and employees are just another number to them. They dog out the people that work in the corp. office as well as talk down about tenants. The worst company I have ever worked for!
Horrible! The property is beautiful, but the management is intolerable. No respect for the tenant's privacy or property and no correction once the abuse have been reported. Rent is supposedly based on income, but has increased due to new renovations by Boyd Management. Some tenants pay over \$400 to live in the complex, which has no on-site management and an awful laundry facility.
