I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this practice, I feel it is important to warn others. This was hands-down the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in, the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. The dentist was rude, dismissive, and visibly irritated throughout the appointment. Had 2 teeth fixed 20 years ago and had nothing but problems with them and they never looked perfect. Went to Dr Boyd for an emergency fix on one of the teeth and the entire experience was amazing. I've never had freezing done so gently with essentially no pain. And the new caps he put on are absolutely perfect. I will be highly recommending this doctor and his team of highly professional and awesome staff to anyone and everyone. Thank you to you and your entire team!
