Great experience with everyone here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jackie my salesman was very knowledgeable and herself and Steven the finance manager were both transparent and easy to work with. Great overall experience and I would def recommend.
I came here once from out of town because my grandparents live in South hill. I had exceptional service. I spoke to a mechanic named Jake and received some of the kindest and quick service. They truly go above and beyond here! If anyone visits this location I highly recommend requesting Jake, will be coming back again in the future.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Deacon Jones Honda Service Department for a full engine replacement and since routine maintenance, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. UPDATE: Changing from 1 star to 2 stars. The GM later called and promised to handle it personally. Fingers crossed. I hope to update this review once they improve their communication—with each other and with me.
