To the owner of company. I did tell them about the roaches. at 719 10th St Blvd. And we did not get the letter till the 10th of Oct. IT WAS SENT OUT ON THE 7th of Oct. And dated the 7th of Oct...We had till the 7th. of Nov. That was 30 days. So that was 30 days. You should not have taken out the rent for the 7 days. That is unfair and a little crooked.So I want my money back..or I will talk to the BBB, and some legal assistance. The looks of it you can't take hardly any more bad reviews . Verna Tapp
