Boyd Electric is an example of how to run a business. I purchased a pump for my furnace, and it is excellent. However, that is not the reason for this review. I called Joe to trouble-shoot a well problem. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me going over what the problem might be beyond a problem with the motor/impeller unit. I rarely share reviews but Steve went out of his way to not only fix my jointer planer Motor that is obsolete but he also delivered it back to me on his way home the following day. Total turnaround time less than a day. Un matched customer service. !!
