I had an outdoor outlet that I thought was causing my sump pump to blow. Boyd came out, checked the outlet, the breaker, and the sump pump. Turns out it wasn’t the outlet, but I appreciate their thoroughness in checking everything for me. They were fast, on time (early, even!) and professional! Definitely recommend.
On time, friendly, knowledgeable electrican. Fixed some wiring issues and suggested some improvements.
Boyd Electric did work for our family today. If I needed to give Tim the electrician a grade it would be A plus. He was on time, friendly, explained things, worked efficiently, cleaned up the stuff he took out, and provided excellent service. Took a week to get appointment, disagreed on what we needed and we knew we needed a new junction box but technician talked us out of it, now our fixture won't fit properly and Boyd's won't stand behind their work and Kathy wasn't very friendly about it. We just wanted them to fix the problem. So disappointed. If you want an A+ rating, give A+ service. Sometimes things go wrong, it happens, accept it, fix it and people will think better of you for it.
