Did not finish on time, poor scheduling Slow job, did not finish on time. Rob was always standing around talking and not doing the work that needed to be done. When asked, Rob gave every excuse that he could think of to justify him being slow and lazy. Rob would install a cabinet, then tear it back out, install it again and tear it back out. This was on a time and material job. I think he was needing job security. He was removed from the job.
