Dr. Boyd is an ok Dr. You can get an appt easily and he is liberal with drug samples to help his patients that can't afford expensive meds but you are rushed through what feels like an assembly line and on more than one occasion I have left thinking he didn't hear a word I said and was too interested in getting me through the assembly line and on to the next patient. His office staff is lacking and have dropped the ball on more than one occasion with the necessary referrals that my insurance needs for specialists.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
