Our experience with Dr. Boyd was profoundly upsetting and unacceptable. My mother, who speaks English as a second language, came in experiencing significant pain and distress. Rather than showing care or taking the time to ensure she understood her diagnosis and options, Dr. Boyd was dismissive, impatient, and outright disrespectful. It must have been our lucky day. Sure, as walk in patients, we had to wait a long time to see a Doctor and we accepted that and were grateful. This was one of the rare walk in clincs that remained open in spite of Covid 19. However, to see a Doctor with this patience and understanding with a calm competence was a pleasure. Dr. Boyd was excellent.
I cannot believe that after 40 years of issues with my back, Dr. Boyd has finally resolved the problem. I was on a bicycle and was hit buy a large construction truck. Lucky to have survived but had many broken bones. It has now been 1.5 to 2 years since I last saw Dr Boyd and my back is great. Thank you so much Lise
