Service at Boyd Brothers has always been excellent! My Ford Maverick Hybrid is a wonderful car and I will always have it serviced at Boyd Ford!
I have now purchased several cars from Boyd Brothers. I 100% recommend Jason Pittman if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
The service department and staff were excellent, and their price for the repair was competitive with other repair shops for similar warranty. It's unfortunate that quality is no longer "Job1" at Ford, having to replace a transmission with 100k miles on it. The Escape is not their best product.
Boyd Ford goes out of their way to make things right and to keep customers satisfied. I took my 2021 Explorer in for a routine oil change (as I always have) and they discovered I had two rear shocks that were leaking. I figured here we go with more money I have to spend. But, Lucas at the service desk saw my vehicle was out of warranty but had very low mileage.
